As an insurance associate, you must work effectively in an independent environment, adapt to a fast-paced, ever changing work environment while retaining documentation accuracy.
A minimum of one (1) year experience in medical office setting required; to include knowledge of government programs, commercial, managed care and personal insurances. Must have excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. MediSoft experience is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable.
